How We Operate

  • 1.) Contact Us To Arrange A Boiler Repair

We charge £60 plus VAT for a boiler diagnostic visit during normal working hours. We will asses the problem, and then provide you with a quotation for carrying out the work and any parts that may be need during the repair.

  • 2.) Book A Date & Time

We will arrange a date and time slot to come and look at your boiler, and see if it can be repaired.

In emergency boiler situations we will make every effort to come as quickly as possible.

  • 3.) We Will Call Ahead On The Day Of Your Service

We will give you a call or a text message around an hour before we are due to arrive for your boiler repair unless we have just spoken to you and arranged an emergency call-out. In this case, we will be coming straight to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • How Long Does A Boiler Repair Take?

It can vary depending on the root cause of the problem. Some boilers take as little as 1 or 2 hours to fix. Other more complex issues can take much longer to repair.

Since we specialise in Worcester Bosch Boilers we often have the parts on our van that we need to carry out the necessary repair which helps cut the repair time.

  • What To Do If You Boiler Stops Working?

Start by resetting your boiler and then checking the pilot light to see if this has come on. It would help if you referred to the manufacturer's manual and instructions.

If resetting your boiler doesn't solve the problem please call us.

  • If You Can Smell Gas Or Your Carbon Monoxide Alarm Has Gone Off.

This would be classed as an emergency.  If you can smell can you should not touch any electrical items, including light switches, and you should open as many windows in your property to allow fresh air to come in.

You should then go outside the house and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999

This service is a 24 hour one.
