Over the many years of trading we have found that the quality of all trades, whether that to be builders, plumbers or electricians, in the industry is generally poor, and quite worrying, even the technical trades such as gas and electrical in which we often undercover non-compliance with regulations and even unsafe situations.

Unfortunately even registered engineers do not necessarily mean all engineers follow the laws in place and Gas Safe get 350-400 complaints a month from customers to defective work or issues with tradespeople.

How We Differ

This is where we differ from many competitors and will not, in any case, carry out poor workmanship and/or cut corners to win against our competitors or to earn more money, we find this sometimes losses us work on new customers, those finding cheaper quotes and some not aware of the regulations the law holds. but I have a saying and In which I value very strongly ' I do a job properly and to legislation or not al all' and 'you will always find cheaper out there but will it be the same standards'. In reality this makes my quote £40 dearer alone just on this device over someone who is not providing the correct installation methods and that's one example out of 100's. 


The best advice I can give customers when deciding who to choose for there project is, do not just look at the price, always check what you are being quoted on and ask for references 

or previous works if necessary.

We carry out free site surveys where necessary to quote for a job and believe a quote can NEVER be obtained over the phone or internet without a site visit on larger jobs such as boiler installations and/or where site conditions need to be accessed where various considerations have to be made, NO job is the same and with that I mind prices can vary quite dramatically. This can cause hidden extra charges when a site visit is not carried out which may have 
been better deals available. 

As a multi-skilled tradesman, I can carry out various projects without the need to subcontract and do most of the work myself with just one colleague or long term and well-known subcontractors. meaning you get that personal service right from the offset. Anyone else who works in my team are well known to me so both, you the customer and 
I can trust anyone who enters your property.
